So... am I the only person here who not only completely missed it but has no idea what the hell it means? I'm assuming it's related to anime in some way?

It is, and that's why a lot of people were dismissing it as irrelevant in this fandom. Quite frankly, I thought that since there was a Jeeves manga now, it was more relevant.
