This is completely off topic. But I've glanced at your icon so many times over the months that I've come to associate you with milky tea in a blue-patterned teacup (sorry!). But today is the first time I've noticed the mousie! That's so bizarre! I'd think the first thing to notice is the mouse perched on the saucer!
I clearly need a Jeeves to point these things out to me!
"If you will excuse me a moment, miss, I will take the mouse outside."
"Mouse? Oh, yes, how did that get there?"
"I believe it came in with the milk, miss. It has left a trail from the cream pot."
"Huh. You didn't notice the big lumpy thing falling into the pot when you poured the milk?"
"Forgive me, miss, if I have mislead you. You recall my mentioning we have a mouse loose in the kitchen? I have been attempting to detain the animal for some time."
"Yes, one of your traps closed on my elbow."
"An unfortunate incident for which I sincerely apologize, miss. The lid to the cream pot shut rather suddenly this morning. I suspect the rodent fell in whilst helping itself to a drink."
"And now it's decided it's tired of milk and wants some tea instead? It looks like an Egbert. Shall we call it Egbert? --We could call it Bertie for short! It looks a bit like Bertie when confronted with his Aunt Agatha!"
"It appears to be shivering from _cold_, miss."
"I'll dry it off... Oh, look! It doesn't seem scared of me at all! We should keep it."
"I think Mr Wooster would disapprove, miss."
"Oh, pish!"
"I shall find a cage for it, miss."
"Oh don't sigh like that, Jeeves. It's cute!"
"The rodent, miss?"
"Would little Egbert like some tea?"

Wow, I've gotten way too carried away! Sorry, I'll shut up now.
