Check newsstands/bookstores, etc, for the January 2007 Asimov's. (If you don't see any Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine, ask for it, maybe they can get it for you. Or try your library.) It's a novelette which has only been published in this magazine, so far. I'm sure if Charles Stross comes out with a collected works sometime it'll be included.
