Surely. I know the simplified programming language for an engine made specifically for the purpose of VN/RPG creation. All I need is a story that takes at least five to ten minutes for an average reader to get through! We could get more advanced and add different scenarios based on the player's choices (splitting paths or an invisible/visible point-based system) but a kinetic novel that leaves the player passively enjoying the experience is not bad either.
When you have decided what text I should build the game upon, I'll draw character sprites, backgrounds and then start programming :3!
